Chad Ireland is a husband to a Godly wife and has been blessed to be a father to six kids and currently three grandchildren. Chad rodeoed for many years in the semi pro division, ranched and has previously held executive positions with mining companies as well as currently being a VP of Corporate Resources for a construction company. Chad has made a career out of helping people.
 
Chad also organizes a Steer riding School every spring that is done with Dakota Buttar and Aaron Guyett. This school is for youth and is done with the hopes that some of the values taught at the school stick with them for their lives. Chad has also coached Minor Hockey for over 23 years, again being involved in youth sports, and hoping lessons taught stay with them through their lives.
